Easy Fall Fashion Trends

Fall is my favorite season for fashion! Layering and the dark fall colors are always in my opinion fashionable and it is easy to put together a super cute outfit with a cute pair of booties. Read more for inspiration and to view some of LIM College students' fall fashion outfits.

Flannels/Jackets-Flannels are a super easy transition piece from summer to fall. Flannels can be super lightweight to be made from a thick material to make you warm. Flannels come in soooo many colors and are easy to throw over a t-shirt and jeans with a nice pair of booties.

Oversized Sweaters/Cardigans-Sweaters are my absolute favorite. My favorite sweaters are from American Eagle, Tilly’s, and H&M. Sweaters can make you feel like you are wearing a blanket and look great oversized with skinny jeans or cute printed pants. Even regular sized sweaters tucked into jeans or leather pants look great!

Combat Boots/ Booties- Cute booties and combat boots are all for fall. No more sandals and sneakers. Fall is all about knee length boots, combat boots and booties.

Turtlenecks- Turtlenecks and long sleeve shirts are great for layering under sweaters, cardigans and flannels. It is an easy way to add warmth to an outfit and looks amazing with oversized jeans and mom jeans. Turtleneck sweaters are also a perfect option.
