Top 4 Face Masks That Are Keeping Me Busy (No... Not Those Masks)

Even though staying at home can be hard, my skin is definitely reaping some benefits.

With having some extra time on my hands, I’ve been giving extra love and attention to my face. The product that’s been there for me, with both moisturizing and moral support, has been face masks, but not the masks you may be thinking of. Working in beauty PR, I have so many I’ve always wanted to try, and now I have the time! When we're back at LIM, these masks can be perfect during mid-terms, finals, or whenever you need that extra self care!

My all time favorite sheet masks are the TULA Hydrogel Nourishing Masks. The unique texture is to die for and the serum is ultra hydrating. Great for an afternoon pick me up or an extra treat before going to bed. I am obsessed with these masks! It may seem insignificant at first, but the best part about them is the fact that they come in two pieces so you can perfectly align them to your face

If you’re looking for a deeply exfoliating mask, I recommend the Erno Lazlo Pore Cleansing Clay Mask. This mask helps to remove impurities and cleanses deep within pores for an ultra-refreshing treatment. The best part is, it doesn’t leave skin feeling dry or tight so it’s effective for all skin types. My tip is to put it on before taking a shower so it’s easy to wash off.

For a mask that’s both Instagram-ready and effective, The I Dew Care Cake My Day Mask is both adorable and hydrating. It has colorful sprinkles that gently exfoliate with a hyaluronic acid base that hydrates at the same time. Plus it looks like birthday cake batter! Who cares about anything else!?

If you’re not interested in washing a mask off, try an overnight treatment mask. The Glow Recipe Watermelon Glow Sleeping Mask is a gamechanger. Its jelly texture is hydrating, and it is formulated with amino acids to help smoothe and clarify skin while you’re sleeping.

You don’t have to do anything but sleep? Sounds like the mask for me.
